Baked Spaghetti

I love pasta and I love Spaghetti, but sometimes it is just boring.. So I thought why not mix it all together with some cheese on top and baked it in the oven.. I did see the idea on Pintrest, but this is my way of doing it..

~Baked Spaghetti~

Spaghetti, not sure on how much I used as I had a big bag, but it was about the diameter between my finger and thumb
1 bottle of Ragu or your favorite pasta sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms ( i was out of fresh)
1lb lean ground beef
1tbsp Italian seasoning
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 c shredded Provolone or your cheese of choice

Bring a pot of water to boil, as that is getting started in a large sauce pan/ frying pan brown the ground beef.. Once it starts to get brown add the veggies, garlic and Italian seasoning.. Once the veggies are tender and the beef is cooked add your pasta sauce.. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook as per package directions.. Once the pasta is done drain and place in a large casserole dish, pour over your sauce and mix all together.. top with cheese and Bake at 375 for 30min.. Enjoy with garlic toast or a nice salad 🙂
